Our interpretation of the world's most popular beer style. It has
a pale straw color and a high flavoring of hops (finest saaz hops).  
Great with almost any dish.

Black Forest Dunkles Weissbier (Wheat)				$4.00
The grist includes 55% wheat malt and munich malt.  The top
fermenting yeast creates a fruity "banana-clove" taste which
makes this beer the most successful drink in Bavaria; the home 
of our brewmaster.

Black Forest Amber						$4.00
Our amber red beer deep in color and taste. This is a hearty 
beer sure to satisfy the beer connoisseur with its great flavor. 
Great with pork, sausages and wings.

Black Forest Kraeusen						$4.00
Kraeusen is an easy drinking beer with a mild, malty 
sweetness. Kraeusening (kroy-zen-ing) is the brewing
process of adding fresh unfermented beer to already
fermented beer to provide natural carbonation.
